Your Workout your choice just move! Grab your self a Bike and get to peddling, Jump on a rower and row, row, row away! If you have room sprint, run, jog or walk just keep the body moving. If you don’t have much room snag your jump rope,  don’t have a jump rope, just do some fancy jumping jacks !

Right after your intervals are done get your abercise on!
